If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent the wrong product, please notify us within three days of receipt, and we will replace the damaged or incorrect product at no additional charge to you. Most orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Standard time will ship same-day, except for custom binder orders, which usually ship within three to five days. You will be notified by email when your order ships. Shipping is by UPS only, and we cannot ship to post-office boxes or APO's.
